We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience within an administration role.
This office based role is a rare opportunity to join our busy Installations department. Providing an essential support role, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to ensure work is executed efficiently.
We are a well established multi-million pound expanding local business, which prides itself on its customer service. We are looking for someone who shares this customer focused mind set, and is looking to become a valued and committed member of a small team.
Your responsibilities will cover the following, but may change to reflect the needs of the business:
Liaison with surveyors, customers and suppliers to coordinate/prioritise jobs.
Supplier orders – coordinate delivery to ensure it corresponds with installations
Resolve any snagging issues through liaison with our Service Engineers, Installers and customers.
General administration and data entry to our customer database.
Handling of incoming telephone calls.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and logic, who is not afraid to take full ownership of the tasks given. The successful candidate should also have the following skills:
Very well organised.
Excellent telephone manner to liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues; with experience of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Able to deal with pressure.
Confident, articulate team player with good relationship building skills.
Self-motivated and flexible.
Competent PC user – especially Microsoft Office software.
Previous industry experience beneficial but not essential.
