Base Salary to �41,000 + Commission OTE �60,000

Our client is a long-established award-winning luxury tailormade tour operator specialising in world destinations.
They are renowned for having a focus of quality delivering very high standards of service to their discerning client base whilst creating bespoke holidays that delve deep into the destination's features.
Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a Team Leader for their specialist Africa team.
The role of the team leader within the Africa team is to effectively guide, motivate and empower a successful team of travel Consultants selling their award-winning holidays with accuracy, knowledge and absolute professionalism.
This role will suit a Senior Travel Consultant with specialist knowledge of Africa who is looking to take their first step into management whilst leading by example and pro-actively selling.
Candidates must have specialist Africa tailormade experience having worked for a high-end luxury travel company.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London
Africa Travel Team Leader Responsibilities
Developing a high-performance team environment that motivates and empowers.
Developing team spirit, collaboration and common purpose
Ensuring the team have all the information they need from across the business.
Clearly communicate and provide clarity on areas of sales measurement, guest feedback and responsibilities within the team
Support and coach individuals in regular one-to-ones
Ensuring success is delivered by guest satisfaction and sales performance.
Leading by example through successful selling and following best practice
Africa Travel Team Leader Experience Required
Experience of selling Tailormade Travel experiences to Africa.
Proven Leadership qualities including training and coaching.
Progressive and dynamic mindset
Ability to motivate, engage, and grow teams
Africa Travel Team Leader Salary and Benefits
Base Salary to �41,000 depending on experience.
Uncapped Commission based on performance OTE �60,000
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day with each year of service (max 30)
