Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (No geographical restrictions)
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 monthly fixed (based on current CTC) + Generous Performance-Based Pay (No cap)

GoodClicks is an affiliate marketing company established in US. We are currently looking for a proactive and driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our affiliate marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire affiliate marketing clients directly on best negotiated rates and terms.
Acquire publishers for delivery of affiliate marketing campaigns acquired by you.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality standards.
Provide regular updates to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record of acquiring clients and publishers.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms.
Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnership development.
Ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear and concise updates to clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in affiliate marketing.
