Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description
Our client, an award-winning leading provider of car warranty for over 20 years, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Affiliate and Partnership Marketing Manager to join the team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful affiliate campaigns, optimising performance, and achieving measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital marketing efforts and contribute to the success of an established and fast-growing business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the development and management of the company's affiliate program
Identifying and recruiting potential affiliates, conducting onboarding processes to familiarise them with the company's products, services, and affiliate program structure.
Fostering strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and motivation to maximise their performance and engagement
Monitoring affiliate performance, analysing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Designing and implementing effective commission structures and incentive programs to motivate affiliates and enhance overall program performance.
Enforcing affiliate program policies and guidelines to ensure compliance, ethical practices, and brand protection.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials, banners, and content that affiliates can use to effectively market the company's products.
Communicating updates, promotions, and relevant information to affiliates
Generating regular reports on the performance of the affiliate program
The ideal candidate will have:
Affiliate experience (1 year preferred)
Partnerships experience (1 year preferred)
GCSEs - Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Salary circa £35,000 (depending on experience)
