We are currently recruiting for new clinics in London, Kingston, Edinburgh ,Southampton and Milton Keynes based within the John Lewis department store, the ideal candidate will have extensive interest or exposure to the field of Beauty Therapy or Aesthetic Therapy.
You must be able to work flexibly to including alternate Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist or facialist is essential.
Experience with skincare and performing facials is required with additional experience in performing lasers or aesthetic treatments considered a bonus, you will also receive full and comprehensive training on all our treatments.
It would be helpful if you understood the demands of working in a commercial retail environment with a strong sales and conversion background. You will be responsible for your own client base within the clinic, consulting, treating, and assessing patients on non-surgical procedures. We monitor conversion and patient retention.

Duties:
To provide skincare and facial treatments within our Hydra Facial barTo provide a range of Aesthetic Treatments within our clinic treatment roomsTo provide the client with detailed, accurate and appropriate information in relation to the client’s expectationsTo provide consultation and informed consent to clientTo maintain contemporaneous notesTo respect client dignity and confidentialityTo maintain high standard of clinic cleanlinessTo help take payments by cash, cheque, or credit/debit card, if necessaryTo help book appointments by telephone or in person, if necessaryTo retail products as appropriate and offer advice to clientsTo inform the Manager of any adverse incident, accident, or complaintDownload client pictures into databaseMaintain adequate stock of supplies within the clinic and notify clinic manager of stock requests
You Must:
Be a Level 3-4 NVQ qualified or equivalentHave at least 2 years’ experienceCan work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
