As Counterpoint enters into its next phase of growth, we are looking to expand our team, enhance our product offerings and improve our capabilities. This is a perfect opportunity for a dynamic and analytical professional to join a team that is committed to providing top-tier market intelligence and shaping the future of the aerospace and defense sectors.
The role:
Take an active role in writing and maintaining our aerospace market research reports
Support data analysis and modelling activities; this involves updating, executing, and improving our proprietary industry models
Support our bespoke consulting projects through market research, interviews, and analysis
Support the company on internal process improvements, such as improving automation or enhancing our products
The role is hybrid, but the candidate should be able to meet in Counterpoint’s office in Chesterford Research Park 3 days per week
The candidate should be willing and able to travel to clients and conferences
Experience and skills:
Bachelors degree with at least two years work experience
Prior experience in the aerospace industry (this can include work for an aerospace supplier, consulting in the aerospace industry, degree in aerospace engineering, etc)
Genuine interest in the aerospace industry
Data analysis skills, including work with large datasets. Excel is experiecne is required; experience with SQL is optional but desired
Abe to write clear and concise English prose
Able to communicate in a professional manner, particularly when conducting interviews or representing the company at conferences
