The Company
A leading b2b media group who provide training, information and news / knowledge across a variety of sectors and all platforms (print, digital and events). Their division which specialises in the legal sector seeks an experienced Advertising Manager / Sales Manager.
The Role of Advertising Manager / Sales manager
As Advertising Manager / Sales Manager your role which be split into sales and sales management. On the one hand you will be growing key accounts and driving new business, whilst on the other hand, you will be managing the performance of a sales team of 3 people.
Your portfolio is a leader in the legal field and the division's flagship brand. Products include a publication, website (and other digital assets), events and a data intelligence offering. Your sales team work across all of those platforms/propositions.
Requirements for this Advertising Manager / Sales Manager position
3+ years sales management experience
Experience of managing a team of 2+ people across a wide b2b portfolio
Well spoken, articulate and confident
You will currently be an Advertising Manager (can't consider people who have been away from this type of role for more than 12 months max)
Stable career history
Experience of selling to / managing a portfolio within the legal sector is attractive
