You will communicate potential opportunities for current customers and develop sales leads for cross-selling. ResponsibilitiesIdentifying new revenue growth opportunities in the assigned territoryCultivating further potentials for current customers and developing sales leads for Account Managers for cross-sellingMaintaining and expanding the company’s database of prospectsBuilding and managing all existing client relationships in the territory to grow revenueAccepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records and completing required documentationPlanning for approaching and monitoring resources while working within the overall sales plan developed by the team managerCoordinating with Account Receivables for outstanding payment when neededLiaising with other departments within LN to align customer requirements with company objectivesRequirementsHave in-depth knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques and CRM systemsBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teamsBe able to converse with your customers to gain insight and understand needs and challengesDisplay proven track record of working successfully in a business development roleHave exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHave impressive prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skillsHave successful Business-to-Business sales experienceHave a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceWork in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
