These individuals may display behaviours that challenge and have complex needs. You will support them to live a fulfilled and independent life in the community and in their own home.We want to meet people with the right values, who want to do things with people and not for them, develop peoples potential, be inclusive of the People We Support, be responsive to there needs and to ultimaltey make a difference every day in everything you do.As part of your role, you will work alongside our dedicated Therapeutic Support Team, who will support you through weekly team meetings, during which time you can reflect on the person-centred support being provided and have an active input into an individual’s development.You will receive training around autism, forensic risk, trauma informed support and positive behavioural support. We will enable you to gain your essential skills certificate.
