Advanced Practitioner - Non Case holding - LAC Team

The requirements for this position:

• Looked after children/Leaving Care experience
• Social Work England registered
• Extensive experience as a Qualified Social Worker

NonStop's client is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their Looked After Children team which pulls together the casework and the provision to focus on permanence for every Looked After Child.

They operate a Group Supervision model within each team, where children and young people aged 0-18 years are the focus, this has the effect of reducing the transfers and handovers that children and their families hate. The focus on a Systemic Approach, with relationship-based social work at its heart, supports social workers and promotes the reflective practice.

As a Qualified Senior Social Work Practitioner you will be joining a small enthusiastic team who are fully committed to helping our residents by providing robust mechanisms to safeguard and protect the most vulnerable members of our community by looking at what they have rather than what they don't have and working with them to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
