Advanced Nurse Practitioner (28 hours)

The Surgery:
A busy and modern purpose-built practice building with a patient list size of 15200. Although they are a large team it is an exceptionally friendly place to work, and you will find that you receive a lot of support and that they encourage the development of the team through in-house and external training. The Practice has both a good CQC and 100% QOF.
Your Role:
* Manage acute illness and minor ailments for all ages.
* High level of clinical skills
* See and treat patients in the surgery and in their own home
* Support other staff in their development
* Provide clinical support to GPs
* Order appropriate investigations
* Refer to secondary care where appropriate
