Position Overview:
The company is currently seeking a proficient and empathetic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join its esteemed healthcare team in Wolverhampton. The ANP will assume a crucial role in conducting advanced clinical assessments, diagnosing illnesses, initiating treatments, and managing patient care within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with diverse acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals.
• Administer evidence-based treatments and interventions, including prescribing medications and performing minor procedures as required.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Offer health education and promotion guidance to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Completion of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
• Demonstrated experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in primary care or similar settings.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to providing patient-centered care and upholding professional standards.
