Main Duties:
Supervisory/management of social workers and community support workerstriaging of incoming referrals/concern/queriesAllocating/delegating workEnsuring cases are progressed to a conclusionNegotiating with care management teams to transfer cases once contact team have concluded their input.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social workCurrent Social Work England registrationSignificant frontline experience in Adults Services
