Job Title Project Administrator To work with the wider project management team to maintain and organise project support function. Key Deliverables / Responsibilities CRM project set-up and work completion certificate generation Sales Order Contract Execution Arranging pre-start meetings, preparing documentation & issue of minutes Raising of all project Purchase Orders Raising of all Sub-Contract Orders & maintaining Logs Stock material requests & replenishment (where required) Management of the administrational process for all projects in your team Programme updates and requirements Create, print and deploy all site files for the Project team Assisting the Project Management team with the management, compliance and closure of all Key Stages & documentation Raising of all sub-contractor payment certificates for sign off by the Project Manager Dealing with all invoice queries Project documentation creation System control and uploads Producing weekly cost reports for all projects within the team and tracking profitability Organising surplus material returns to the suppliers Create project Files Scan & Filing of all project returns Responsible for the upkeep of business logs Email shared inbox management Enquiry management Technical Competencies Computer literate with the ability to use various specialist applications, with a good level of knowledge in all Microsoft office packages Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner Able to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with varied departments and external contacts Good organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines Self-Motivation Experience Required Proven strong administration background/experience Experience of working within a fast-paced environment High level of verbal and written communication both face-to-face and on the phone Experience within a project administration team is desirable but not essential Experience within a similar sector is desirableJob Description Project Administrator Remuneration and Benefits Package Salary up to £28,000 24 days annual leave birthday off public holidays Long service benefits pension contribution match & additional annual leave Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay Corporate rate private healthcare plan Free onsite parking great location
