Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Birmingham. Who are recruiting an Executive Administrator on a full-time, temporary basis, this is a 12 month temporary contract.

You will have worked in the corporate professional services space in a similar role.
Reward
to Friday 40 hours per week between 8am -6pm
paid, £24.00p/h after 40 hours per week
contemporary working space in city centre location
to secure a permanent contract
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing up to 25 senior investment bankers
Diary and calendar management for bankers
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
Car bookings
Expense management and preparation
Invoice processing
Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
Supporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs and queries
Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues
Skills and experience
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Able to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks
Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
