We have been working with some of the top manufacturers from around the globe in some of the most innovative markets. Our clients represent a wide range of companies from Automotive and Motorsport, Defence, Military, Public Sector, Marine, Oil & Gas, OEM/ CEM.
Our business is growing rapidly and were looking to recruit an Administrator to support the key functions of the business to be based in our Leeds office. As an Administrator, the role will involve customer contact with all levels of clients and will suit candidates with good communications skills and must have good MS Office/computer skills.
Duties will entail:
Answering the office telephones
Taking of messages and emailing thereof
Welcoming and signing in of training delegates or visitors
Opening of the office daily
Ensuring coffee machines, televisions are all switched on and in proper working order
Ordering of daily lunches and refreshments
Stock taking
Seeing to all office deliveries
Arranging and sending of parcels
Preparing and processing of invoices
Ordering of stationery
Creating and sending of booking forms to customers
Any other ad-hoc function as required

£22,000 - £27,000 per annum
