Type: Part-time, Temporary
Hours: 3 days per week, 9.30am - 5.30pm
Our client is seeking additional admin support over the next 2 - 4 weeks. This is a part time role working 3 days per week, preferably Wednesday to Friday, but they can be flexible on the days. Hours of work are 9.30am - 5.30pm, and it is based in the Kensington area of West London.
Administrator duties will include:
* Raising POs
* Dealing with invoices
* Supplier set up
* Troubleshooting finance issues
* Responding to Service Now Queries
* Event support (liaising with organisers, Estates, Reception, Tech Support)
* Other ad-hoc day-to-day admin support
The ideal Administrator will have:
* Experience in the same or similar role
* Expereince of using Unit4
* Knowledge of dealing with invoices and setting up suppliers
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Super organised
* Excellent communication skills
