ADMINISTRATOR
MONDAY - FRIDAY:
£11.94 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our well-established client based in Portbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be working on a permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties
As an Administrator the day to day duties include:
Providing support to the Administration Department.
Liaise and instruct Departments to meet customer demands.
Booking all vehicles for delivery through the transport department.
Maintaining and updating the database.
Help desk enquiries
Raising all admin POs
Essential Skills
Computer Literate and confident using Microsoft office packages
Able to meet tight deadlines
Must be able to communicate at a high level both verbally and written
Must hold a Valid UK Driving Licence and have own transport
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Training
Full training provided as required.
