A professional property services company specialising in Health Care, The Brewery Industry, Hotels, Housing Associations & Retail, with over 10 years of successful growth behind us.



They offer local, regional and national 24/7 reactive maintenance with their experienced directly employed multi trade workforce supported by their help desk and bespoke computerized job requisition system with response times to suite requirements.



Your role will include the following:




  • Business management

  • Business administrative support

  • Customer relations & communications

  • Project scheduling

  • Multi-tasking

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) looking for admin,



This role will be suitable for an experienced Administrator who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate (Microsoft suite - Word, Excel etc) and extremely organised.



What you need to succeed




  • Excellent IT Skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong ability to organise systems, processes and people efficiently.

  • Effective team worker who can engage people in an effective manner.

  • Highly self-organised with excellent customer care skills

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to liaise effectively with management team and customers both internal and external
