New role with an existing client, there is no need for experience as on the job training is given



We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to support our client an esteemed mortgage advisers based in Guildford.



In this essential role, you'll act as the primary liaison for clients, keeping them informed throughout their mortgage application process.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Efficiently addressing client inquiries via telephone.


  • Meticulously processing mortgage applications, ensuring data accuracy.


  • Managing the distribution of necessary documentation to clients.


  • Facilitating submission of applications and relevant paperwork to providers.


  • Diligently following up with providers to secure mortgage offers and insurance within tight deadlines, ideally under 21 days.


  • Completing file closure processes, including scanning and shredding documents.


  • Providing versatile support to the team as needed to ensure smooth operations.


Skills required :


  • Ability to prioritise customer needs.


  • Collaborates effectively within the team.


  • Solid communication skills.


  • Possesses meticulous attention to detail.


  • Maintains composure under stress and meets demanding deadlines.


  • Shows adaptability, including willingness to work extra hours as needed.


  • Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.




Working hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, offering a balanced work-life schedule. The salary bracket is set at �23,000 to �28,000, dependant on the applicant's level of experience and expertise in the fiel
