A Multinational Energy Company based in Perth is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months. (Extension highly likely)

  • The Quote Production department is responsible for processing all new and renewing business energy supply tenders. It supports the business energy sales teams working towards ambitious goals to be the leading business energy and related services supplier.

  • As an administrator it is your responsibility to accurately log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within the commercial sector. It is imperative you have a passion for accuracy to ensure that all work is correct, delivered on time to prospective and renewing customers, and falls within stringent compliance parameters.

  • You will be expected to be highly organised and motivated in order to provide a flexible service to both internal and external customers. Being an excellent rapport builder and communicator is essential as you will be working with all levels.

  • A strong team work ethic is essential for the role to meet the fast paced business demands. You should be comfortable working closely with your team or independently, managing your own workload.

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential. Utility Experience would be desirable but not essential."
