We are currently recruiting for Administration Assistant for 3 months (this could be extended) in the FMCG sector. The role is based in Angus, within the Admin team, and offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Description

  • Assisting with daily administrative duties.
  • Supporting the Administrative department.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound communication professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Profile

A successful 'Administration Assistant' should have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.

Job Offer

  • 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Contract for approx. 3 months with possibility to be extended
