As a Site Administrator / Document Controller, you will play an integral part of the project team and be a conduit to other departments within McGee (such as Marketing, Finance, HR etc)! This role will focus on providing administrative support to the Project Manager in areas such as resource management, plant, procurement, office related logistics, health and safety, training and personnel, while ensuring the project is fully compliant in terms of information uploading and storing.
Manage all document control systems, ensuring accurate storage and organisation of project documentation.
Assist in procurement of materials and plant equipment, tracking deliveries and collections.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as timesheet processing and office logistics.
Support learning and development initiatives, ensuring training and competency assessments are completed.
Support the Project Manager with various ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
