Part time 15 hours per week

This job is the right hand to the HR Manager of a business with 100 staff. It is an administration job, taking on a variety of tasks relating to HR. HR experience isn’t essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills. They are a lovely company, the environment is positive and there is a people focus.

The role

The HR Manager is busy and you will help with a variety of administrative type tasks. An example of some of the things you may assist with are as follows:

* Putting adverts together for new vacancies and posting adverts

* Co-ordinating CVs with line managers to arrange interviews

* Adding new starter information into the HR system

* Putting together spreadsheets and other analysis, for example for payroll or management reports

* Helping conduct HR inductions

* Being a point of contact for HR queries

* Writing up and storing reviews and appraisal information

* Organising of training

The ideal candidate

Part time hours need to work well for you, 15 hours per week; this could be two full days or split over 3 or 4 short days.

Personal traits will include a very high attention to detail, confidentiality and good computer skills. You will need to be happy working independently as well as part of a small team. The people you are surrounded by are really nice people, the right person for this role will be down to earth, humble and someone who ‘cares’ about doing a good job
