Our Durham division located in Sunderlandis looking to recruit a Administrator to join the Division’s Sales team. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term contract.The RolePrincipal accountabilities of the role include:Support the Sales Office Manager, Sales Managers and sales department with secretarial support such as producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, diary management, organising meetings and general administrationRecord and input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, handovers, legal completions, bespoke options and variations onto the sales systemEnsure that all development details are up to date and accurate on our sales systems, website and on sales and marketing websites such as RightmoveProduce weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports required by the sales department, Divisional management and GroupCoordinate the distribution of information between the sales department and other departments within the DivisionHandle telephone and e-mail enquiries from prospective customers regarding both forthcoming and existing sites, recording customer details on the sales system and produce marketing materials or mailshots as requiredRegister plots with the NHBC and record the same on appropriate the sales systemFor new sites organise phone connections, provide set up stationary, documentation, signage and necessary paperwork/files and supply PPESupport the Office Manager & PA to the MD with various ad hoc administrative dutiesProvide relief switchboard and reception cover as and when requiredExperience, Qualifications and SkillsExperienceExperience of working within a busy and fast-paced administration roleExperience of working within sales is desirableQualifications and TrainingGCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)Skills and AptitudeGood interpersonal skillsExcellent organisation and administration skillsAbility to work on own as well as part of a teamWorks effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systemsCommitted to diversity and inclusionThe Role and Working ConditionsWilling to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours workedOffice based roleIn return we can offer you:Competitive annual bonusContributory pension schemeAccess to discounts and benefits portalShareSave SchemeCycle to Work SchemeLife assuranceWe reserve the right to close this vacancy if a large volume of applications are received.
