Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant who has strong clerical and administrative skills, excellent communication and telephone etiquette with a good track record of customer service is required for a well-established Design and Manufacturing Company based in Isleworth, Hounslow, Middlesex.
SALARY: Circa £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) + Benefits
LOCATION: Isleworth, Hounslow, Middlesex (TW7) – 100% office based
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week – Full days Monday to Thursday and 1pm finish on Fridays

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistantwho has strong clerical and administrative skills, excellent communication and telephone etiquette with a good track record of customer service.
Working as the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant you will join a friendly, fast-paced team to help with the day-to-day Customer Service and Reception duties whilst supporting the Sales and Business Development team with a variety of responsibilities.
As the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant your excellent organisational skills will aid you to handle incoming and outgoing mail, conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records.

DUTIES
As an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistantyour duties and responsibilities will include:
Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Answer inbound calls and build rapport with customers
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records
Assist with organising meetings and events
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning etc
Perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Support the sales team in all administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service as you will become a main point of contact for the customer
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in an Administrative & Customer Service role
Strong clerical and admin skills
Excellent telephone manner and phone etiquette
Strong inter-personal and verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent track record of customer service
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Able to be fully office-based from the premises in Isleworth (TW7)
Maintain a positive attitude to work
Punctual, highly motivated and enthusiastic
