Administrator / Customer Advisor

Administrator required close to Derby city centre.

A great opportunity for an Administrator based in Derby you will responsible to carry out Administrative related tasks as delegated by management.

The candidate will ideally be an experienced Administrator who is accustomed to working in a busy environment. It is important that you are an excellent communicator

This is an opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans.

Working hours : Monday - Friday 8-4pm

£26,000 - £28,000

Permanent position

Job duties:

• Liaising with external customers
• Booking in deliveries
• Speaking with suppliers and problem solving
• Data entry
• Ensuring accuracy of orders
• Help with office queries / invoices / orders

Skills required:

• Excellent IT skills and experience with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Be able to work on own initiative without supervision/copes well under pressure
• Possess effective and confident communication skills.
