We are looking for a Collection Network UK Coordinator within our Rapid Diagnostics business. As a Collection Network UK Coordinator you will provide administrative support for the UK and International Collection Network based within our Loughton (Essex) office.
The Collection Network is our team of Collecting Officers based in UK and abroad that are responsible to conduct specimen collections (in any number of methods e.g. oral fluid, breath and urine) following collection procedures, customer requirements and instructions.
What You'll Do
Complete a range of administration tasks in support of the UK and International teams within the Collection Network
Scanning of Collection Network documents e.g. personal/training/collection Creation of ID badges for UK & International Creating of Induction paperwork to support training Update of staff files and systems in relation to auditing or training documentation
Monitor the UK and International group email box and answer the phone to deal with customer & collection officer queries/on call Continual monitoring of the performance through complaint investigations and discrepancy reporting. Provide monthly and quarterly KPI data Cross trained and competent to provide cover for the International Coordinator Required Qualifications & Skills
Educated to National standards Level 2 diploma in business administration or Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration (#####-02) would be highly appreciated Excellent verbal, written and communication skills IT literate and an intermediate skill in Word, Excel & Outlook A self-motivated individual with a flexible approach to work. Previous demonstratable experience in an administration role Working at Abbott
