Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Administrator based in Bristol on a 3-month fixed-term contract basis.
Summary of the Administrator role…
Type of Contract: 3 Month fixed term contract, Full time
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
As the Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
Provide Administrative support to the Department Managers.
Booking/logging jobs and orders onto the system.
Raising/chasing quotes from customers and suppliers.
Raising POs and Invoices, chasing where necessary.
Answering queries via the telephone.
The experience required…
As a successful Administrator, you will have the following:
Previous office experience.
Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
