Our client, a prominent name in the healthcare sector, is actively seeking an Administrative Planner to enhance their Planning department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in supporting all administrative tasks within the Planning department
- Manage, verify, and organise production-related data including schedules, inventory records, and manufacturing order updates
- Aid the Planner in the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Distribute production plans, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor emails to ensure timely responses to all queries across the business
- Track task progress, ensure follow-up on pending actions, and meet both internal and customer deadlines
- Efficiently load Customer Orders into the ERP system, Winman
- Assist the Planner with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Proactive in identifying and resolving potential workflow gaps
- Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for those proficient in planning software; training on Winman will be provided
- Ability to independently resolve queries and take initiative
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Capable of working effectively under time pressures
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with suppliers and stakeholders
