Play a supporting role in helping the county's most vulnerable children.
Take on a genuinely varied and responsible administrative position, based at The Parkway, Fareham, our team works to safeguard young people, promote their welfare and maximise their life chances.
You will support us by pro-actively assisting our social workers to manage their caseloads in line with agreed standards and procedures, alongside carrying out data collection and analysis for the team. You will keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our social workers can focus on direct work with children and families.
An excellent communicator, you will need a positive and flexible approach as well as the ability to confidently and competently work on your own initiative, sometimes under pressure. You will have highly proficient IT skills, particularly Excel as well as GCSE (grades A - C including Maths and English) or equivalent. Your flexibility in your approach and the ability to work as a team will be rewarded by great team support.
