Our client is a statutory body charged, based in Derry~Londonderry.
They seeking to appoint for the following post:

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER RECEPTIONIST (REF: AOR/24)
Permanent
Grade: AO / Salary Scale: £23,071 to £24,507 per annum
Purpose of the Role
The Administration Officer Receptionist will act as first point of contact within the organisation in this role as receptionist.This is an important role as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Agency and will be expected to project an image of the Agency in a positive, professional and customer friendly manner.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate that they possess the following criteria, by the closing date for applications:
5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) grades A* - C to include Mathematics and English Language; OR
NVQ Business Administration level II; OR
Three years’ relevant experience gained in an Administrative role, where relevant is defined as possessing experience in ALL of the following:-
IT skills, experience in Word and Excel
Dealing with customer queries in person and by telephone
Experience of handling correspondence and keeping records
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will also:
Have proven experience in a customer facing role
Display excellent customer service skills and a courteous manner
Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure
Have excellent time management and organisational skills
Desirable Criteria
Some or all of the following criteria MAY be used in the event of a large number of suitably qualified applications:
Five years’ relevant experience gained in an Administrative role, where relevant is defined as possessing experience in ALL of the following:-
IT skills, experience in Word and Excel
Dealing with customer queries in person and by telephone
Experience of handling correspondence and keeping records
