£24,000 - £28,000 pa

The Company:
We provide quality timber windows and doors to the London property market
Increasingly London’s stock of period timber windows has reached the end of their serviceable life. The business strategy for Ayrton is to drive sales through our marketing expenditure and excellent customer service, focusing on our reputation for accurately replicating these fine old windows with a quality replacement product.
The business has grown significantly over the years as this strategy for growth continues. This financial year the company aims turnover to grow by 20%.
Our growth will continue to come through our reputation, our marketing drive, and crucially, our team’s ability to deliver excellent product and service to the London market.
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for a candidate who is passionate about business, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of our business. You will work closely with senior and junior team members to support various marketing, sales, production and operations initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience within different departments, with the potential for career advancement as the company expands.
Responsibilities:

Be responsible for handling of incoming calls ensuring customer satisfaction throughout and forwarding all enquiries to the relevant people

Oversee day-to-day office operations including maintaining supplies, coordinating office equipment maintenance and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
·
Manage calendars and schedules for team members, clients & projects
·
Support and assist Sales, Marketing, Design & Operations with daily tasks, client correspondence and one-off projects to optimize performance across the business

Contributing and supporting our customer journey CRM system
·
Data management and spreadsheet administration ensuring accurate and efficient handling of critical information
·
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
REQUIRED
·
High level of verbal and written communication skills
·
Strong self-motivation and appetite for learning & development
·
Face-to -face customer service experience
·
PC literacy - knowledge and experience of MS Office suite
·
English and Math’s GCSE or equivalent
DESIRABLE
·
Knowledge and experience of the timber window/door market & industry
·
Lives locally to our SW18 Head Office Showroom
·
Previous experience in administrative roles
·
Familiarity with SAP or similar database tool
·
University education
