Are you looking for an office administration position which will offer you variety and an opportunity to develop as part of our team within a rapidly growing company. This is a role where you will cover a range of administration duties, support our day-to-day processes and ensure customers always receive the best possible service. From being the first receiver of telephone and email enquiries, processing order information and monitoring stock databases to general day to day administration. We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to work with our innovative team. You should be comfortable working both on your own or as part of a team, be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, have a willingness to learn and have a high attention to detail. Contract type: Permanent Full time Basic salary: £21,000 per annum Location: Small Dole, BN5 9XR Administration Assistant Roles and Responsibilities
Provide general administration support for the company Answer incoming enquiries (email, telephone, online) and respond or direct as appropriate Accurately inputting various formats of customer orders into our standard ordering system Input and maintain data on company stock with our back-office system Manage office consumables stock and placing orders Provide administrative support to other aspects of company life as required Assist in preparation of travel, meetings, trade shows and company conferences Administration Assistant Requirements and Qualifications Organised, methodical but flexible approach to work with good attention to detail Strong administrative and organisational skills Strong computer skills (Excel) to allow standard data input, retrieval and interrogation. Full training will be given on e-commerce platform data gathering Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with customers verbally and via email effectively An effective telephone manner and is capable of taking accurate messages and highlighting Enthusiasm and an adaptable approach to carrying out duties Comfortable working alone or in a small team Previous office experience would be preferred Healthy food and healthy environment, for all!
