Position: Administrative Assistant – Full-time Location: Leyburn Office Salary: £22,(Apply online only) - £24,(Apply online only) per annum (based on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours

About the Company: We are representing a reputable firm in Leyburn known for delivering outstanding legal services to their clients. Currently, they are in search of a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks such as filing openings and closings efficiently. Accurately manage client registrations and documentation. Ensure all client records are maintained accurately and kept up-to-date. Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in compliance with regulations. Support the team in managing client inquiries and quotes. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Proactively monitor and advance files to ensure timely completion. Leverage feedback to enhance the onboarding process continually. Build strong relationships with colleagues across the firm. Manage incoming calls and direct queries effectively. Assist with typing tasks including audio and copy typing as needed. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the firm. Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required. Benefits:
