We are now looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to support our admin teams in providing efficient and excellent services to our patients. A full job description will be sent to you on application. About the role As the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a
responsibility will be managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative processes.
Under the supervision of the Service Delivery Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to lead, develop and manage the following services, to ensure that we deliver excellent services and care for our patients. Duties will include: * Workflow * Central Administration * Medical Secretaries * CQC/Governance * Cleaners and Handyman Key Duties & Responsibilities * Lead, support and manage key administrative services in the Group * Lead, support and manage staff actively to ensure compliance with objectives and KPIs and deliver optimum performance * Be comfortable and confident in managing people * Provide a performance environment in which our staff are challenged and can thrive. * Ensure that all administrative services are delivered competently to high standards and within agreed timescales * Encourage and develop collaborative relationships with all staff across the group for the benefit of the patient * Proactively utilise management information to identify gaps in service delivery process and customer service. * Meet defined service targets and deliver continuous improvements in patient satisfaction. * Review and feedback results from patient survey and make recommendations for areas of improvement * Create and present reports to the Service Delivery Manager as required * Manage all services and staff allocated to the post holder * Ensure the team is using efficient process and follow business protocols About the rewards The role of Administration Manager offers an excellent working environment, NHS Pension, and a supportive culture in which to work. The post is full time and based on site in one of our Practices in Sutton Coldfield. The starting salary for the role of Administration Manager is circa £30,000 to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience. About you For the role of Administration Manager, you will be an excellent people manager, who has considerable experience in leading teams and getting the best out of them. You will be a confident decision maker with an aptitude to improve all of the services within your remit. Education, Training & Experience Required * Educated to degree level or equivalent * Relevant Management Qualification e.g. Diploma in Management Studies or equivalent * Successfully managing diverse teams to deliver business objectives * Working with teams to improve performance and outcomes * Interpreting and using performance data to drive improvements * Delivering service improvements across multiple teams * Meeting targets and objectives Abilities and Competencies * Capacity to plan and deliver against targets * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to evaluate and improve services * Ability to work on own initiative * Confident decision maker * Comfortable working with diverse teams * Excellent People Management Skills * Excellent team player Please note The closing date for applications is 05 April 2024 and the expected date for face-to-face interviews is week commencing 22 April 2024.
