Due to growth we are looking for a permanent part-time member of the accounts / office administration team. This is a varied role to support the customer service and administration function of the business, and requires someone with a flexible, enthusiastic approach.
The Administration Assistant role includes but is not limited to:
- Sales order processing.
- Answering a large number of telephone calls.
- Dealing with customer queries via phone calls and e-mail.
- Produce customer support material including cleaning schedules.
- Supporting the functions of the accounts administration team with credit control, purchase ledger, organising transport/liaising with hauliers.
- Support the Sales Administration team as required.
- Typing, filing and other general office duties.
