If you are an Administration Assistant with experience of managing legal documents or similar then this could be the perfect job for you.
Some of your duties will include:
Reporting to the Senior Partner and managing client Company secretariate duties
Working on behalf small/medium sized corporate/business clients
Maintaining client records and completing client annual statutory returns
Managing statutory registers holding details of members, Directors, charges and person with significant control
Maintaining statutory client information at Companies House and updating data when needed
Informing Companies House of any security provided by clients for loans
