Outpatient Bookings Administrator

Location: Oaks Hospital, Colchester

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, FTC for 12 months (Mon to Fri)

Salary: Starting salary will be £22,700 PA (depending on experience) + Benefits

Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.

The role:

Oaks Hospital is looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join their Outpatient Bookings team to cover Maternity leave on a fixed term 12 month contract.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

You will be working in our main Outpatient Bookings office and be expected to deliver a first class service to Patients, Consultants and Colleagues.

  • Experience in administration and customer service

  • Keyboard Skills
