Admin Support Coordinator, SOCOTEC, £25,00 - £26,500, Doncaster (Hybrid), 6 months FTC

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SOCOTEC UK. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
We're looking for a an individual to work with our existing Bid Manager to:
Manage supplier questionnaires and PQQ documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Identify opportunities through tender portals and open adverts, contributing to the growth of our business.
Update technical references and maintain company database details.
Oversee accreditation and approvals, including Construction Line, Builders Profile & Tradex

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Deadline-oriented, demonstrating efficiency in completing tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
Excellent written communication skills.
