Temp Admin Clerk
At Job and talent, we are recruiting for Temporary Admin Clerk to work with an important company in the Hinckley area. This will be working for the UK's biggest international parcel delivery company.
Shift Patterns:
- 20:30 - 05:00 Mon to Fri
Maternity cover until September
Pay Rates
- Weekdays £10.50 - Weekday OT - £14.00
As a Admin clerk you will need to have:
- Good level of English
- Good understanding of computer software i.e (Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word)
- Experience in a similar role
- Hold a UK drivers licence
Role of a Admin Clerk
- Roster Check (planned routes)
- Monitoring various systems
- Monitoring of High value and Scottish routes on their way to the hub
- Answering Phones and monitoring emails
- Chasing out Outbounds
- Allocating trailers for Customer Collections
- Working through Compliance
- Checking of Microlise SEB
- Recording Vehicle defects reported by drivers
- Driver briefings - informind drivers about changes to their shift, business updates, etc.
- Being aware of routes that need to be covered by the hub based drivers
- Monitoring of potential late outbounds due to late inbounds
- Monitoring of Service units and ensuring that they are pulled into the workshop for service, MOT, etc.
- End of sort reports - reporting late departures from the hub
