Commercial law firm wishes to recruit an admin assistant to work in their media
team.
The
role will involve the following:
Prepare and draft standard legal documents.
Organise and manage case filesincluding
reviewing files, reviewing documentation and preparing summaries of
relevant content, diarising deadlines and providing clients with updates;
Maintain effective communication with clientsand
fee earners.
Provide administrative support, including
opening/updating/closing files, scanning/photocopying, andpreparing
and issuing invoices such as answering phone calls, managing
correspondence, and maintaining schedules to ensure timely responses
Manage the fee earner’s diary including coordinating
and scheduling meetings
Support the wider corporate and media team
Conduct legal research and searches
Basic
requirements as follows
Good
organisational skills & communication Skills
Case
Management
Positive
attitude
Minimum
3 A levels grade B and above
3rd
level education not essential but preferred.
This
is an exciting role and in time autonomy in relation to certain areas of work
are envisaged.
Salary is
purely indicative and will be commensurate with experience.
