You will support and report into thePersonal Assistant for Innovation and Capital Projects with a primary focus onmanaging travel and business expensesThis is a permanent role, you’ll be based at our Power Station inSelby, North Yorkshire. We can offer this role as hybrid working, along with havingfixed days in the office each weekAbout the roleYou’ll be working with and supporting an incredibly dynamic team!You’ll be ensuring that they get to where they need to be when they need to be!Your key responsibilities will be to arrange travel bothdomestically and internationally. This team like to travel and to travelfrequently!With your experience, you’ll be using our in-house travel bookingsystem to work to tight travel agendas and deadlines. You’ll also need to becreative when itineraries change, sometimes at the last minute and to alwaysmake sure that travel is always booked efficiently and on time.You’ll be confident with working across a number of keystakeholders across the business with different approaches and requirements –communication is key! You’ll also be completing monthly expense reports for the team aswell as gathering information for any visa applications and checking on visastatuses that are needed for travel.In this essential support role, you’ll support with all generaladministration and reporting and supporting your Line Manager with any meetingrelated activities.From time to time, we do arrange our own team events, so this willbe your opportunity to get involved in all the planning arrangements that arerequired for these eventsAbout youEssential to this role is that you have experience as anadministrator, working within a dynamic, complex and fast paced teamAs this role does focus highly on arranging travel, you must have experience of arranging and planning both domestic andinternational travel.You’ll also demonstrate your brilliant organisational skills andattention to detail with your experience within a similar roleYou’ll be a fantastic communicator and have excellent planningskills as well as being a pro-active thinker with the experience and confidenceof being creative and thinking outside the box!Experience of using systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Maximo will also be very beneficial to the roleSound good?
