Grace emphasised the simplicity of using defibrillators, highlighting that anyone can operate them effectively with minimal training. It's essential knowledge that can make a significant difference in critical situations.We believe it's crucial to have trained people in any workplace. You will manage the site, maintenance, planning and reliability services on a large top tier COMAH site.You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team as well as a member of the Site Emergency Duty Rota. You will participate in site management activities to co-ordinate the strategic plan, prioritization and direction for the site for high reliability achievement.There is a large fixed cost maintenance budget of £7.5m pa and a major shutdown cost of £3.0m every four years.You will be accountable for integrity and reliability across the site and making sure that you generate and maintain a continuous improvement maintenance culture.Direct line management responsibility for Maintenance Leader, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrument Engineers and the Materials Inventory Manager. Also indirect responsibility for all the people that work with the above people.This is a client that I have worked with for a number of years and I have helped them find a number of new people for the business.
