Born within a creative agency, we launched our paid media practice in mid-#####, with the purpose to offer clients properly end-to-end integrated creative and media services. We’ve had strong growth and scaled from a start-up media team to a full-service agency, now with over 20 media specialists working ona stellar roster of brands both in the UK and international markets and collaborating with an array of agency talent in McCann Worldgroup and IPG.
This is an exciting time to join McCann Demand and we are hiring for several roles in addressable content, ad tech and biddable specialisms.

The role:
An exciting opportunity to join an integrated
agency
Responsible for the development of addressable content strategies for a range of brands in the UK and globally, including luxury, automotive, travel sectors
You will be working with creative and media strategists to identify and build addressable target audiences
Working with creative and design talent to build and dynamic campaign assets, and ensuring templates are designed to deliver the campaign strategy
Ensure campaigns achieve the agreed KPI’s and lead on optimisation recommendations for the campaign alongside media specialists
Educate clients and colleagues on Addressable Content and aide the growth of the service across the network
You will also have a role in new business pitches.
Requirements:
Established experience ideally working in the DCO / Addressable Content specialism
Technical understanding of digital media ecosystems, including programmatic and paid social.
You need to be curious, keen to understanding that why behind what, with a strategic mindset and ability to analyse and interpret various data source.
A self-starter, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, able to work independently and with a keen eye for detail.
