Based off Charing Cross Road, OMD EMEA are currently recruiting for a talented Ad Operations Senior Executive to work on a major technology client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career on the technical side of digital advertising, where you will be supporting the team as we design ways to implement Ad Operations buying solutions.Key responsibilities:Assist in managing clients' trafficking, measurement, tagging, and ensure effective execution of all digital display and video campaigns, including Pre- roll/TVO/Programmatic,
and other online campaigns data set-ups.Translate media plans accurately into an ad server, with creative details, landing URLs and analytics tracking to achieve campaign objectives.Manage the building of taxonomy URLs.Assign creatives to appropriate media placements via trafficking sheets.Collaborate with Brand Safety partners (e.g., DV) to wrap tags when required.Contribute to data integrity management across all digital activity.Conduct QA/testing of tags to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot when required.Manage the distribution of creative/ad tags (redirects) to key stakeholders/media partners.Collaborate with the team to deliver responses to briefs.Establish and nurture relationships with client service teams.Demonstrate curiosity and be a diligent learner with great attention to detail.Ensure that the work delivered by the team meets the client's objectives.Manage multiple priorities effectively and delegate work within the team when necessary.Maintain high standards of quality in the team's deliverables.Employ creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to business challenges.About YouPrevious exposure to trafficking, reporting, and tagging with a strong knowledge of Ad OperationsYou should be comfortable using Excel and able to handle large sheets of data.Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools.We need someone capable of managing a variety stakeholder - client, planning and local activation teams across different markets.Being a technical point person for questions from client service teamsExcellent attention to detail, with strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to self-prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns.Must be a team player, with collaborative work ethic and a strong desire to succeed.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, reacting quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.Previous experience in a media agency managing a large international brand/account would be beneficial.We want everyone to make the most of the opportunity to shine and showcase your talents and we are happy to make adjustments in the recruitment process so you can be your best.
