Job DescriptionAd Ops Executive– Up to £32k + 20% Bonus hybrid (3 days in London office +2 days WFH) Our client is a fast-growing digital platform who helps global brands and advertisers engage with their audiences across a range of exciting digital channels including audio, mobile, desktop and out of home. The culture is passionate, supportive and they are a highly successful and friendly team. The team are looking for an experienced Platform Solutions Executive with ad ops/programmatic experience to manage their end-to-end campaigns, identify innovative solutions and support the growth of their portfolio. The team manages campaigns on behalf of brands and agencies, this role is a core part of campaign management. The team are passionate about continued learning and you will be developing your knowledge of ad-tech trends across research, industry events as well as hands-on testing.This role is offering up to £32k, plus a generous 20% bonus on top (performance based) and a training and development programme adapted to your learning style and requirements. They also offer 25 days holiday, pension and hybrid working (3 days London office, 2 days WFH).If you feel you have a genuine passion for ad tech, programmatic and digital, coupled with experience in ad operations role this could be the role for you!What do I need?6 months + experience in Ad operations roleExperience in programmatic trading, or ad trafficking (preferably on the demand side) Experience of digital advertising Basic knowledge of DSPs and programmatic buying models Experience with ad servers ie.
