Ad Operations Analyst

Match Media Group is seeking a full-time Ad Operations Analyst with a strong interest in internet advertising operations.Perform all aspects of traffic management for direct campaigns, including accurate and timely set up, testing, management and optimization of online display ad and video ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager.Missions:Perform QA for all campaigns prior to going liveProvide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding inventory management and best practices for ad performanceProvide technical support for sales and engineering teams to help troubleshoot problem creativeDevelop optimization strategies on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize both delivery and advertiser performanceEnsure smooth delivery of campaigns by maintaining and distributing pacing reportsWork with product teams to implement and test new ad products/ad experiencesProvide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partnersEstablish, implement and maintain digital ad operations best practicesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasksSharp problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced, startup environmentMonitor competitive landscape and stay educated on the new developments in digital ad operationsRequired Experience:Minimum BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university2-4 years of experience in digital ad operationsHigh level of proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchange, and other digital advertising core technologyFamiliar with tag vendors including DCM, DV, MOAT, Sizmek, etcExperience with web troubleshooting tools such as Firebug, Charles, Chrome/Safari Inspector or Web Developer ToolsUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, Flash or JavaScriptWhy Match Group ?Our mission is simple – to help people find love and happiness!
