As the segway between HR and the operational part of our business; you are an ambassador for ethical conduct and appropriate behaviourYour Role:Provide nationwide training on the Acturis system to our new and existing customers.Build and deliver sessions within our dedicated learning framework.Assess the needs of our business and deliver effective, proficient material aimed appropriately at your audience.Ensure continuous improvement and development for success planning where applicableCollaborate with the business to find new ways of delivering excellent Training products and solutionsDevelop training material to ensure that they are relevant, up to date and coincide with system upgrades.Ensure that the Training function offers a quality, efficient service.Proactively manage your own workload between training sessions.Develop colleagues by running workshops as required.Collate session feedback and determine all support arrangements needed to facilitate smooth delivery. About youYour Skills, Experience and Qualifications:Knowledge of general insurance is essential, along with a consistent track record of delivering against deadlines within a regulated, measurable framework.Experience in delivering strategic feedback, coaching experience gained in a commercial settingAdept at handling complex relationships, using influencing and mediating techniques as appropriate. The highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.Demonstrated rapport-building experience, outstanding interpersonal skills with credibility at all levels.Strong presentation skills comfortable interacting and presenting to colleagues or senior management.Problem-solving mind-set keen to develop creative approaches and solutions.Flexible approach to scheduling and delivery to accommodate the needs of the businessThe ability to travel in the UK – circa 25% of the timeEligible to work in the UKExperience of using Acturis software Compensation and benefitsOn top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
