About the role
As our Gardenerfor our residents that live with dementia you will ensure that the maintenance, development and presentation of the garden is maintained to the highest standard at all times. You will need to have a knowledge and understanding of the way in which to care for, manage and develop identified garden areas, including soil cultivation, digging, forking, watering, raking, weeding and planting.
